… AND LET’S NOT FORGET MAGNUS!
Exciting first season sire prospect, Magnus, wasn’t to be outdone either with this sole entry on the Gold Coast – a filly from Encosta de Lago mare De Lago Lass – bringing $80,000 to the bid of Ontrack Thoroughbreds.
The Magnus filly also recorded a very good time in her breeze up (10.84 seconds) and the form of his only two runners to date would surely have played a role.
Imprimis ran a very good second on debut in the Herald Sun SuperRacing Stakes-LR at Flemington on 2 October, while Magnusificent was also motoring home nicely in the same race.
